экономический потенциал
Обобщенная способность экономической системы производить продукцию, решать другие задачи экономического и социального развития. Эта способность определяется состоянием, размерами и динамичностью производства, его инфраструктуры, наличием резервов, объемами природных ресурсов и других элементов национального богатства, культурно-техническим уровнем и мобильностью кадров.
